  2. Now grind the green chilli,ginger in a matar and pestle..
  3. Put it in the buttermilk,then add the gram flour and oregano..
  4. Add the required quantity of water and whisk well so that no lumps are there..
  5. In the meantime grease the back of some steel plates with little oil and keep it aside..
  6. Now heat a non stick pan,put oil when hot, slowly pour in the gram flour mixture and stir continuously or else it will stick to the bottom of the pan.This mixture starts getting thick.
  7. Now test it by putting a little cooked gram flour mixture on the plate,if you are able to spread it then it means it is cooked fully.Or else cook it for a few more minutes.Turn off the gas..
  8. Now quickly pour some mixture on the greased plates and spread it in circular motion just like a dosa..
  9. Similarly spread this mixture on the remaining plates..
  10. Now put some cheesy chipotle sauce on this and spread it all over the khandvi..
  11. Now take a knife and cut into long strips (use the back of the knife).
  12. Now carefully roll each strip into small tight rolls.
  13. Then take a tadka pan,put oil and when hot add in the asafoetida (hing),mustard seeds and chopped green chilli if you want it spicy.I skipped it as the chipotle sauce was spicy enough for our family..
  14. Now pour this tadka over the khandvi rolls.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut..
  15. Serve immediately.Enjoy with tea or coffee..
