Steps to make Shakshuka:

  1. Take a pan add onion, add green chilli.
  2. Add capsicum now cover with lid for 2 min. Now add red chilli powder.
  3. Add salt, add chilli sauce, add tomato sauce.
  4. Add cloves powder, add black pepper powder, add water.
  5. Mix it well and cover with lid for 2 min. On low flame. Now crack one egg in a bowl. Place the crack egg gently in the curry with the help of spatula. Repeat the process with remaining eggs. Sprinkle little salt on the eggs and black pepper powder.
  6. And sprinkle oregano and red chilli flakes on the eggs.
  7. And cover with lid for 2 min. On low flame. Now shakshuka is ready to serve..
