- First of all arrange all ingredients..
- Chop the onion,tomato, coriander and green chillies..
- Measure the spices and separately break the eggs..
- Now everything is aligned to go into the pan step by step..
- Put oil in pan…add chopped onion..and saute it…until it becomes translucent..
- Cook for few mins..then add chicken and saute it….
- Ounce chicken is cooked..add tomatoes n mix well..
- Next add all the spices n sauces..
- Mix well,add little water and cook for 10-12 mins.until all the things gets softened…cover the lid..cook until oil separates..
- Then make wells in the pan and pour eggs individually..
- Garnish it with olives,green chillies,coriander leaves,thyme &oregano….
- Cover the lid on low flame for 1-2 mins until eggs are cooked..
- Shakshouka is ready…you can dish it out or can serve in pan directly…voila…..
