- Cover your hamburger with a single layer of cheese. About 4 slices. I actually use a little more. Use as much as you like. I'm a cheesy girl. In case you hadn't noticed..
- Drain your veggies and layer those over your cheese..
- Now hit those veggies with your second layer of cheese. If you're not a cheese lover you might want to leave this layer out. It's up to you..
- When your taters are ready, drain them. Add your milk, little at a time, mayo and garlic. Add everything slowly and test frequently just to be sure you get them the way YOU want them. Mash everything together and just add as you go until you get then the thickness you like and as garlicky as you love..
- When you've got the potatoes right dollop then onto your yumminess and spread then our so they cover it..
- Now throw that in the oven for about 30 minutes. I throw three broiler on it for a few minutes towards the end just to brown the top but that's up to you. Much love and I hope you enjoy. :).
