This removes any extra starch in the potatoes. Mix together corn flour, all purpose flour, chilli powder, chilli paste and salt. Coat the potato fingers evenly with this flour mix. Heat oil in a wok or karahi and deep fry the potato fingers in batches till the potato is half cooked.

- Firstly we need to coat the boiled and kept aside potatoes. For this we will dry coat with cornflour,maida and salt mixture and then a semi liquid paste need to be prepared with same ingredients to double coat by dipping potato in this paste and then in hot oil to deep fry. Repeat in batches. This makes sure your potatoes are crispy.
- Fry them in medium flame to crisp them but now over fry them till brown..
- Once the potatoes are deep fried after sometime again deep fry all of them at one go in hot oil at high flame to make sure they remain crispier for long as we need to coat them in sauce.
- For sauce, take a wok, heat some oil and add chopped garlic along with slit green chillies..
- Add sesame seeds and stir.
- Cook on high flame for a min and then add sliced onions. Toss for a minute and then add capsicum.
- Toss everything on high flame and add the sauces(soya,red chilli and ketchup).
- Now add salt and bit of sugar and black pepper to the wok.
- Add half a cup water and let it boil.
- In order to make this sauce thick we need to take 2 tsp of cornflour and 2 tsp of water and mix well. Now add tsp by tsp in the wok and mix well. Cook everything on high flame and quickly stir. The sauce with slowly thicken. Don't add too much..
- Add spring onions 1 tbsp to this sauce and quickly stir. After a min turn off the flame..
- Add honey and mix the sauce well..
- To this add the crispy potatoes we have fried. And coat this sauce well..
- Serve by garnishing sesame seeds and spring onions..
