- Sliced 2 tomato & to make paste one tomato.Now add the capsicum slice with onion sauted a mints.Than add tomayo slice sauted one Mints,than add tomato puree,salt,turmeric,redchillipowder,&black pepperpowder mix it well & cook nicely.Add 1/2cup water & cover it..
- Add 1/2cup water & cover it.Whenever the tomato all ready melted,& becomes dry,add cheese & makes small cavity.Put the egg on that cavity &cover 1-2mints or till the cheese melted.Shake Shuka is ready..
- ShakShuks is ready to serve. Serve immediately..
