- Now add the tomato and green chilli sauté till tomatoes become soft and form like gravy.
- Now add the ginger garlic pasta sauté them till well mix in to tomato gravy.
- Now add the spice powder and salt.
- Add some water to cook the gravy.
- Now add the vinegar and sauté them.
- Once the oil started to separate from the gravy adjust the salt.
- Break open eggs in top of the gravy do not mix it Cover with lid and cook for 5 min or till the egg done.
- Garnish with coriander and serve with bread or roti.
